SNAILS! AHHHH

yeah guys i tried them. i only got one down. these were just not happening for me. you have to take them out with a tooth pick...no no no no no no no no no no. no. never again. my host mom and sister don't even like them; so i didn't feel bad going NO MAS.

yeah disgusting.

today was a pretty normal day otherwise i just went to class and then came home and hung out with my family. They feed me hehe.

They make this like huge breakfast spread for me every morning where i eat choc-crispies (oh yeahhh i let them know i like chocolate cereal hehe) and then like 2 pieces of toast and for these two little pieces of toast they provide like 6 different jams. and there is no grape. what?! they haven't even heard of grape jelly! weird.

Thank goodness they made me something other than snails for dinner too. tonight i experienced guiso. it is a soup. mine had ribs and potatoes in it and it was fantastic :) meat and potatoes in a soup. now theres something i can get used to!

right now i am watching what i'm pretty sure is like the spanish equivalent of jay leno or something. there is a sketch about a flute and a dog....my host dad is amused? yeah, and now the weather is on. apparently the daniel's aren't the only ones who sit around and watch the weather....next thing i nknow the TV will be on mute :) hehe

so yeah. average day. pretty sweet. still loving spain
